4. Refunds and Subscriptions

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Subscriptions (e.g. memberships) renew automatically at the stated interval unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • You may cancel at any time, but access remains available only for the active subscription period.

Founders Month or other free access promotions are time-limited and subject to change.

5. Intellectual Property & Downloads

All content provided through Acre & Ledger β€” including but not limited to videos, audio, PDFs, templates, workbooks, coaching materials, and digital downloads β€” is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without explicit written permission. Your purchase grants personal, non-transferable access only.

6. Coaching Services

Any 1:1 or group coaching offered is educational in nature. Coaching does not constitute therapy, financial advising, or legal counseling, and should not be used as a substitute for licensed professional support.

All coaching sessions, content, and correspondence are confidential but are not bound by HIPAA or legal privilege.

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that outcomes are not guaranteed and accept full responsibility for your decisions.

7. Community Guidelines & Challenges

If you participate in any community experience hosted by Acre & Ledger β€” including group challenges, forums, group coaching, live calls, or private groups β€” you agree to:

  • Engage in respectful, non-disruptive behavior

  • Refrain from spam, self-promotion, or solicitation

  • Avoid sharing others’ personal information or screenshots

  • Accept that violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund

We reserve the right to remove content or participants at our sole discretion.

8. Your Account Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is solely your responsibility.

9. Privacy
